In the preparation of alcohol from carboxylic acid OH group leaves giving aldehyde as a leaving group and here in SN reaction OH becomes not good leaving group please please explain why? Two contrasting concept of same group

Sir ek question hai previous video se.....aap jo acid chloride se alcohol preparation ki method karwaye the us method pe H- Carbonyl Carbon par attack kar raha hai kyun ki C mein partial +ve charge hai...lekin Cl ke lp toh resonance kar raha hai...toh C pe to +ve decrease v hoga...
