Love your tutorials. Easy to understand, not too long and the sound and video is great. Thanks so much for sharing ❤️ Do you mind me asking how you get your alcohol into the needle nose bottles? Do you use a funnel? Do you ever dilute/premix ink with alcohol in these bottles?
Thank you so so much, I'm so happy to hear that! I have these silicone measuring cup things that I use for resin, so one I decidd just to use to decant isopropyl. But a funnel would work even better! TBH sometimes I pour it straight into the small bottle, I just make sure to hold it over a page of yupo, and then start painting on that page immediately (using any isopropyl that spilled haha). And yes I always mix in the bottles! :)
This is an amazing video, thank you so much! The tip about using a squeeze bottle is brilliant, thank you so much for that! And your explanation is great, I’m a beginner in ink art and it’s so easy to understand! Hope to see more of your tutorial! Oh, and your voice is so sweet :)
I really really like this piece! The colors are so nice. There are a lot of different alcohol inks techniques & looks, and as beginner I'm currently testing around. But this kind of style is my favorit! I love the airyness and the faded whimsical look so much! I may have a question: Does the order you put the metallic and the colored ink (1st: metallic drop 2nd:color ink drop; or 1st: color 2nd: metallic) on the canvas effect the final look? I guess it does, but in which way? The "blow bottle" trick is really helpful, I have to try that next!
Your tutorials are so easy to understand and your creations are beautiful!. I’ve been experimenting with inks for about two months now and everything is still a mess 🥲 wondering do you prefer working on canvases or paper?
Hi, I love this artwork and your video style! Can you maybe tell me about your set up? What overhead camera rig do you use? What microphone? Do you use a camera or a phone? And do you have extra lights/soft boxes? Thanks in advance 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I wanted to know about the Copic markers you’re using (they look smaller than the various inks cartridges from Copic so I’m wondering about it) as I found out that they stop making various inks from Copic but can you use their markers? If so could you tell me how to use the markers to get the inks out. Thank you
They have rebranded/changed the packaging on the various ink refills, so it's the same inks but in these smaller bottles! So if you search Copic marker refills you should be able to find the same inks as the ones I'm using here!
