I'm new for your channel i was trying to do an assignment and your vedio helped me so much, just got 1 question "so Acetaldehyde had 4H and we got 1H by the oxidation of NAD+ but as u can see ethanol have 6H," i was going to say that the 2NAD+ will give an(1) ethanol together cause they can oxidized and produce 2H together but that is not what the equation says so i need help i subbed u and can your next vedio be about this please!😍

Can you explain why wine fermentation can only get low amounts of alcohol content (up to around 15%) vs the process that some liquors get higher (around 20+%) alcohol content. I know it is something to do with yeast cells dying with high alcohol content.

Drinking alcohols have higher alcohol contents because they are distilled which essentially extracts the alcohol from the fermenting solution and concentrates it. Wine/beer doesn't get distilled so you are effectively drinking some component of the solution the alcohol was fermented in.

It's simply because of limited sugar in grapes for wine also other alcohol are distilled. One can manage higher alcohol conc in wine by using ripe grape and controlling temperature as it slows the yeast killing.
