3.3V 25A IR diode pump laser into nd:YVO4 crystal and then into KTP crystal, also called composite crystal, I was now able to get a little bit green output,
it is clearly an Alignment issue, dont have equipment to perform mecanical adjustments, so it will get back to storage for now.

I use auto generated subs, i am sorry there are a few spelling errors,
maybe one day they can do it better..

Safest are video goggles. Don't need to worry about light wavelength.

exactly, i think it is important to repeat now and then, safety is important when working with lasers, and clearly it is alot more important when it is invisible light !

Very good! If you look at your output it appears as though you have some distortion in the green on the top and bottom of the main beam output. This you can use as a guide to get perfect alignment. You tend to get the distortions on the axis that you need to adjust, so at this point I believe a slight vertical adjustment my be needed for perfect alignment. That of course gets a bit tricky as the vertical adjustment is all done with the solder. You may be able to use a little metal foil shim under an optic to adjust the vertical axis. I am so happy to see the progress made and of course green photons!

thanks a lot for your help, it was super fun to get a little bit of green light :-)

5:14 - What did you change / tweak during the edit, to get some green output? Also, hi to Zenodilodon. He has some great stuff on his channel.

he told me a million things about lasers :-) and a few hints to get green, push the resonant loop mirror mounts, just a little bit while looking at the output, and BINGO i get green, this prove it is out of alignment, and i need a more local expert with some special tools to perform final alignment

@@TeardownOZ2CPU I always liked using lasers, and built a couple of RGB lasers with galvos. But I've never tried aligning an actual laser cavity. It's a bit beyond me. lol When I bought a 3 Watt RGB laser module to build the last projector, I was in a rush to see some output. I hooked up a separate 5V wall wart to the modulation input, and instantly killed the Blue diode. lol I had to shove another diode in there, and it has never been aligned quite right ever since.

@@electronash we normal people dont understand the insane level of nano meters that is the thing with alignments in the resonant loop :-) i am far from figuring this out..
