Great video, I love halloumi, don’t have it often but love to toss it in sweet chilli sauce with a little honey and pan fry with garlic, onions and mushrooms to put in a salad, it’s so good 😊. I’ve saved a lot on my grocery bill by growing my own veggies because I was easily spending about £30 a week on just that alone. 😊😊
I love food shopping at aldi Its like asda but cheaper. Plus we spend around £80 for the 3 of us for a full trolly. Amazing deals they have. We have always used there nappies and wipes there when our son was a baby and they are brilliant. Loving your videos again xx
Been shopping in Asda for a long time and then Iceland but there both really expensive now ,like bag of frozen chicken fillets jumped from £5.50 to £7 pound a bag disgrace iceland...now started to shop in Lidl also downloaded the app and u get discounts for reaching certain amounts like if u spend £200 over a month u get £10 off your next shop worth a go x
Just the help we all need at the moment Thank you for doing a comparison, I shop at Asda but agree with you I’m horrified at the till now, And I’ve started buying more home brands than ever before, I do recommend Asda’s own weetabix prefer them to the original and half the price, do let us know what you liked or disliked please, I will be going to Aldi this week just for the Lilt x
A really good shop! I always go to Aldi , with just a quick visit to Sainsburys for the odd things I haven't been able to get. The difference in prices is amazing. I really like Aldi's toilet rolls and porridge and they have an amazing range of dark chocolate. Then there's the BB cream, their reed diffusers ... I could go on! 🤣
I’ve been a fan of Aldi for a while and certainly is cheaper than the rest. Although lidl Do cheaper cat food and you get discounts with your card and app.
Definitely been trying to save a bit in the supermarket. Always had the Heinz ketchup and Nescafé coffee but now is the time to go own brand. Got both in Aldi and I couldn’t believe I actually liked the coffee ( and ketchup, but I’m fussy when it comes to coffee) saved £5 on just two items!
I always do a 'tea list' so meals planned for each day and write down what I need from there. I mainly shop at aldi, but I've started nipping into home bargains (which is right next door to aldi for us) for things like jerky for my husband. They're selling them in asda for £3.49 per packet, aldi were £2, but home bargains are selling them for 89p!! Huge saving compared to aldi. I also, when buying stuff like chicken, I buy thighs with the bones and skin on.. and take that out myself, because its cheaper (and tastier) than breast meat. Absolute nightmare going shopping at the moment! Also, has anyone else noticed the sell by/use by dates are loads shorter?!
Hey chevonne. The bacon cheese wraps are amazing we had them for lunch today, I did an Aldi shop yesterday and I got a lot the Same as you, the tomatoes in the bag are Defenatly cheaper, I got caught out with that one aswell. Thankyou for the haul. I’m Defenatly saving so much money shopping in Aldi xx
lovely to see ya girl hope your doing ok so nice of ya trying to save people money a lot of people are finding it hard god love them that amount of food seemed good for 87 pound odd you done good there sending love see ya on your next onexxxxand one for the bumpx
That's a brilliant save .I love aldi but also sainsbury's for certain things. 1 thing I'm going to try is frozen raspberries I'm fed up from both supermarkets that they are growing before the sell by dates .but 1 thing I have done is go to tesco when they reduce food iteams .that's a good way of reducing food waste too.its very concerning .have a great week xxxx
Hi Chevonne, Well I’ve just been to Asda and I shop there each week as I have the Asda rewards app so I do earn money, but I was so shocked that in a week how much every day essentials have gone up from 5p to over a pound I do also shop in Aldi but there fresh products don’t last but are cheaper thanks for sharing 💕
Ah fab haul we like their cans of pop too much cheaper as well every little helps like your fridge with the chicken mine is with Quorn as I work for a gym as a fitness advisor 😂💖
great haul i remember Lilt haven't had it for a long time its hard to find, the food prices are shocking i have noticed it, i also find i cooking the same meals, i shop around where i can and look out for reductions if possible as that can save some money having a chest freezer helps me out as i can put it in there
Good to see comparison I'm still trying figure best shop for value don't seem to be getting far ha and my 16 yr use to love chicken she then went of anything chicken about a yr ago qnd being autistic its quite hard trying to introduce new things her brother offered her one of them mc nuggets from aldi she loves them that's it though she said we've not to buy anything else and fuming I never spotted the school cake on Monday ha x
Hey hun 😃 Thank you so much! Yes I honestly was noticing everytime I got to the till at Asda it was way above £120 and I never had many meals etc it was becoming a joke so I am quite glad I went back and tried Aldi again we have so far enjoyed our meals this week too 😍 Hope you are very well and thank you so much for watching hun 🥰😘💖 xxx
thats the reason i stopped shopping at asda a few weeks ago not worth the money, went to lidl a couple of weeks ago and did a two week shop and spent 73.00 nearly did it at asda and that came to 60.00 and barely had anything xx
