The reason why so many keto or low carb breads are so small is to keep the carbs low. If they baked their breads larger, like regular bread, they couldn't boast about how low their carbs are because they'd have to increase the carbs in accordance with the size of the bread. Capische? I have been on a search for the tastiest low carb bread so when I started hearing how great Aldi's keto bread was I went out and finally bought their wheat and the multi-grain. Today, in fact. I was so excited about trying it out. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. It was so dry. I don't know what all the hoopla was over this bread. Even with butter slathered all over it, I got the hiccups. I can't even make breadcrumbs out of it. Maybe they changed the formula from before when people were giving it such good reviews. Sola, Carbonaut, even Ororweat's Keto bread are all so much better tasting than this. I do not recommend this bread. Wish I could get a refund.
