Awe I could see how tired & drained Steven was, thinking of you all❤️ my dad has been gone 7 years & I remember when my dad was palliative & sitting with him. He loved baseball, I learned more about baseball in that week than I did in my 40 something years lol! Just know his dad knew he was there even if he wasn’t awake❤️

Good to see you again. We've all been thinking about your family and know that you'll all miss Stephen's dad. I'm sure Stephen was glad to be able to spend time with his dad in the evenings, especially with all the current restrictions at hospitals. Just keep remembering all the good times you had with him, it will help with the healing. We're glad to see you back but make sure to take the time you need, we'll understand and wait if you don't feel like being here as much for a while. Hugs to your family.

Hi Mandy and Steve So sorry for your loss. I lost my dad 20 years ago this past August and it still is very hard. Gracie is a beautiful cat. Love the throw and the rug. The house that I grew up in was built in the early 1930s. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay well.

Prayers 🙏 for your family during this time ❤️. You can also put a rubber band around a lid that won't open (next turn you make will open it immediately. Hope that makes sense) or slide the point of a knife under the rim of the lid. The seal will pop almost instantly. Total game changers for me. No more beating, banging or running hot water over the lid. The red bag chicken from Aldi literally has a cult following. There's an entire FB page dedicated to it. You'd be amazed at what some people whip up using them. I think they are best cooked in the air fryer.

Kathy I know your loss. Our Fur Baby was 20. We lost her 8 years ago she passed I. The early morning and then my Mom passed that afternoon. It feels a though it was last week. God Bless

Hi Mandy. I just wanted to share something with you that I leaned about opening glass jar lids. Just put on a pair of rubber gloves and with one hand on the jar and the other on the lid, twist and voila! Opens with ease and no danger of chipping the glass. :) I love your videos!!

Love these quick lunches!! I use roasted chicken all the time. A time saver for me is to pick the meat off the bone and freeze in bags. Love your videos! Gracie Lou reminds me and looks like our house cat we had for 13yrs. We lost him last July 😢

Many prayers for your family! My dad passed with cancer in 2018 after a 3 year battle at 47 years old. It’s hard under any circumstances but I can’t imagine not being as prepared as possible. Life is too short. My condolences to you and yours❤️

To get a jar open, take a can/bottle opener (small, with one roundish end for bottle caps and one pointed end for making a triangular spout opening in the top of cans) and put the point upside down under the edge of the lid and push down. You will hear it break the seal and, viola easy to open!

I wanted to share a jar opening hint I just learned this past year. Take a regular spoon put the bowl part of the spoon against the jar under the lip of the lid and push the handle to the jar and it releases the seal on the lid.

For the jar, take a tsp and pry open under one of the little nobs between the glass and the lid. You will hear a pop from release of the suction. 🤗
