Hello and welcome to our channel where today we've been to Aldi shopping for food to last over the weekend. We had a £40 budget. Let's see if we kept to it. Thank you for watching. #aldi#shoppinghaul#aldifoodhaul
Hello Maria another good shop, well done for sticking to budget, that bumper pa k of bacon was a great price and can be added to so many dishes to add flavour. You got a bargain with those eggs.😃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Yes I think the bacon was a good buy, there's a lot in it for the money. I'll probably do some for tea today with the Lorne sausages I got from Iceland. I think I'm out of touch with the prices of eggs 😂 Thank you for watching 😊
Great video. It took me a few seconds to realize that you are actually shocked by how "expensive" eggs are. I thought you were shocked about how cheap they are, because I sure was. 99p is a proper bargain!
I think I'm out of touch with the price of eggs. Having had chickens all my life I've rarely bought eggs. I just go out back and collect them! Poultry feed is £12 every month and I could be getting up to 10 eggs a day when the chickens and ducks were in full production. I was shocked at the prices in the shop! 😂 Thank you for watching 😊
@@johnhankinson1929 I don't normally buy eggs so I'm out of touch with the prices. I'm not sure whether these eggs have always been in our Aldi, but I'm begining to think I got a bargain. Thank you for watching 😊
Hi Maria that bacon is so nice I get it and it's thick slices and it doesn't shrink oh you can make bacon egg and chips for tea or a fry up your shopping was good value I'm going shopping tomorrow for cat litter tea bags and a few other things I've got a cupboard full and freezers do I dont need a lot it's funny how someweeks you need more than others love fran xxxx
Hi Fran. The bacon seems very good value. I'm pleased to hear it doesn't shrink. I'm going to use some for our tea tonight. Some weeks I feel like I'm always buying the same, then other weeks it varies because I have plenty in. At the moment we don't seem to eat too much especially when it's warm, but come winter I'm always cooking. My daughter ordered me some teabags online, it was a huge bag with around 450 teabags in it. I'm the only tea drinker in our house, I told her they'll last me forever! 😂 Thank you for watching 😊
I'm always stuck with what to buy as my lot all eat different from each other, but limited in what they'll eat. Thank you for watching and enjoy your shopping trip tomorrow 😊
Doesn't matter where you go nowadays Maria you just don't get a lot for your money do you, working in Morrisons I can see just how much food has increased in the last 18 months,we are starting to price match a lot of our stuff with Lidl and Aldi and I'm sure that's just because their prices have increased as well, another enjoyable video flower Xx
Yes, me and Dean were saying the same, and how much the packaging has shrunk. Frozen chips were in a bag nearly twice the size they are now! Thank you for watching 😊
Oh goodness, that does seem expensive! It shows how out of touch I am with them after having my own. You're right, the fresh farm / garden eggs are nice. I don't eat many eggs, just the odd boiled one with a salad, and an omlette, and for baking. Thank you for watching 😊
i wouldn't wipe my backside on Aldi's cheap bread or any other supermarkets cheap bread for that matter , i only have Warburton's bread or rolls . I have noted that Aldi prices are back on the rise again , they're taking the piss
@@therichardsonssimpleliving I get the Adli instant porridge sachets , you used to get 10 sachets , now you only get 8 slightly smaller sachet pack sizes and they've risen by 20p also , so that's a triple whammy and that's just 1 example
