I love shopping at Aldi☺️I'm originally from Flint MI just think how I felt when I moved to Tucson AZ and there was no Aldi's there the nearest Aldi's is in Phoenix and there's only 9 total in all of AZ🤦🏾♀️
Our pasta choices in the US are unfortunately very sad. Usually highly processed. Sometimes it's hard to even find semolina pasta depending on where you go. Buckwheat and other whole grains are sadly not as common here. Which stinks because they're delicious!!
i heard the americans who come to italy are surprised not to have allergic reactions to wheat products in italy.seems it,s not the grain but all the chemicals added while in the ground causing bad reactions
Our ALDIs rarely has the items you show here in Saranac Lake, NY. Also a turkey (loin type)breast can’t be found here but 50 miles away they usually have them. We believe they hold them for the restaurant s which I not fair to the other shoppers!
@@kieransoregaard-utt8and someone who seems to constantly jump between what’s good for you and what’s not. Ik Instagram is known for trolls n what not but this guy is not well liked on there for a few reasons. I’ve actually seen videos that have been clips put together from different videos and there will be be one clip he says to eat this type of salmon, then there was another clip where he reneges and says the salmon he said to buy before isn’t good get this instead, then changed it again
I am health-conscious though just recently because I've decided to live a cleaner healthier life I love cake could you recommend a healthier alternative to a cake mix and frosting please and thank you!
My Aldi doesn't have any black bean or red lentils pasta only chickpea rotini, no hearts of Palm rice, no buffalo or queso dip just Mexicali. But they do have fruit wraps no pumpkin.
I’m looking at the carb count on the Ben and lentil pastas. Not enough Fiber to reduce the count so if you’re diabetic, just be a little more conscientious. But still a great choice, unless you have kidney disease too!
LORD! Thank you for helping people and explaining how to look at the damn ingredients and know what is ok and what isn’t. I’ve talked myself blue in the face trying to get people to understanding that if you cannot pronounce the ingredient don’t buy it. If you don’t know what it is, don’t buy it. If the ingredient has more than 4 syllables don’t buy it. …artificial means NOT REAL! It shouldn’t have more than a handful of ingredients and no colors, artificial anything, no additives and no preservatives unless it’s a tocopherol (Vit e).
I just found some pasta that was made with sweet potatoes, I can’t wait to try it. I know sweet potatoes are starchy but I love them and hate pasta so I figured I would try it. I have also had protein pasta and a few others all were good.
I can confirm the fruit snacks (their non seasonal ones are wild berry and strawberry) are delicious. However, I have not had any success with any of the protein pastas at Aldi (black bean, chick pea, lentil etc) really off flavor that doesn't go with most sauces. Either rock hard or turns to mush. There seems to be no in between with any of them. We wind up getting brown rice pasta as a substitute
@@david2049 okay that's good to know, thanks! I was wondering if I was just preparing it wrong. This makes a lot of sense, especially since I've had the unfortunate experience of trying to cook black and red lentils together. Never again 😬
What would be a Bobby approved type of iron supplement that’s an alternative to taking iron? I have iron deficiency and I’m trying to eat more meat and salads and still need more iron due to menstruation
I love this content can you make a couple videos of 15 carbs or less a day of food and 8 grams or less a day in sugar I'm kind of stuck on the same meals everyday😮
Apples are one of the top dirty dozen, I like that foods are replacing sugar with apple BUT I'd rather have a bit of organic sugar, than pesticide filled apple concentrate that's been heated to all hell.
Pasta has 4 ingredients flower egg olive oil and salt if you want healthy get whole wheat those alternatives require to be gumed up to make it maluble into pasta which means ingredients not even on the lable
