By legal terms you cannot even set foot in someones land. It not possible to file stay as there is no legal stand. Suits for adverse possession is possible but they will have to spend years for the case to complete till then they will have to wait without house/land.

Communidade Land has some procedure to follow to acquire the land you apply for. All the process has to be done n then when you get the grant of land n the Sanad , apply to Panchayat for NOC for constr. GAUMKARS hv special prov. The concerned hv to keep their eyes open to chk on illegal and guide or stop, to the right person. All know about the procedures. So inform them on advance. Not create a havoc and disturbance to all the people of Goa . Who is at fault ? Why we cannot live in peace in our land of GOA ? All busy solving this ? Each day one story to tell.
