I’m surprised they didn’t alter the romance here and in the Xenolouge legit wincest(though I guess they technically have different Fathers so the genes are probably different between the Sombrons)! Her design and voice is too good! Kinda crazy that she feels like a true love interest in this game too!
I just need to say this - While it's implied Alternate Alear is a full-blooded Divine Dragon, the player character Alear was born a Fell Dragon and therefore they share different versions of the same father. That said, Nel hails from a world where she and Alear are not related, which Nel points out in their S-Support.
One of the few explicitly romantic s supports in the game with one of the even fewer still romantic endings. Glad Nel is one of them as she easily has one of my favourite character designs in the game.
@Guts Punch Nads Throw Up He has a lovable goofball quality to him but he is also an older brother figure to many of those who can count on him, like Hilda and Lysithea.

She feels like the canon romance of this game, but locked as DLC. Ladies and gentlemen let's join forces and vote for Nel for the next CYL. Beating Yunaka and Ivy might prove difficult but together we might stand a chance.
Hell yeah. Yunaka and Ivy are both way overrated tbh, especially Yunaka with the basic former trained assassin who killed her mentor backstory similar to Beruka. Difference being Yunaka is much more caetoonish than Beruka whose personality checks out with her past and upbringing.
I cant not think of Nel as hot female sasuke when I see her im game portrait and I think of her broodyness when we meet her. Also, I love that she is basically dragon shamir from 3h.

Not quite the same considering the Sombron who's Nel's dad and the Sombron who is this Alear's dad are different ones. Not sure how much or little that makes it incest. I mean, its the same guy... but at the same time, not.
@@bravescholarlys1127 Exactly. Nel even explained there were many other fell and divine dragons before Sombron was probably even born. That paired with the fact that we know Fell Alear shares no genertic information with our version since they were born Divine and Fell Dragon respectively who's to say Sombron didn't have two completely different fell dragon parents.
Just as Kaga intended...Although does it count when the fathers are from different worlds? The Veyle S-Support is definitely incest, but does being from another reality count?
Since, in addition to Nel being from another world, there's also the fact Alear was magically made half-divine dragon by Lumera transferring a lot of her divine dragon essence into them, I suppose the real issue would be if that essence transfer affected Alear genetically and, if so, made them genetically different enough that there's no risk of any problems.
@@MidnightClip It was platonic in the Japanese version as well; some people misinterpreted it as romantic because they saw the word "partner" and interpreted it in the romantic sense when, in context, it was clearly meant in the platonic sense.
@Iamnobody Now granted Veyle does try to be siblings with her, but Veyle has an interesting way of thinking, and is trying to fill the gaps of having a real family. Which is perfectly understandable as the one thing the draconic beings in this game series fear the most is being alone, Flayn, Kana, Nowi, Veyle, Tiki, they all show signs of this.
Man this is a pretty good support. Edit: But man without romance these pact rings ain't worth shit. Like, genuinely what's the point? The A support exists for a reason if a platonic relationship is the goal. Drew some damn CGs for the occasion and everything.

Something about her voice feels off in EN I think I prefer JP other than the fact its Romi Park voicing her. Overall Im glad we get this Onee-san char. Added her and Madeline in my perm setup.
