see, that's the problem though....hitters take to long getting out of the box on a HR and pitchers treat it like some huge offence, but Manoah yells AT the hitters and Jays fans say he's "fiery". I have no issue with celebrating and having fun, but if you show someone up (both hitters and pitchers), expect a "receipt"..
you got guys that take a good 5-7 second pause when the hit a bomb but can't take it when the pitcher celebrates a strike-out, verduo hits a bomb in T.O and chirps the bench rounding 3rd but the sox can't take manoah getting pumped? whine some more please
These videos of him trash talking are even more fun to watch now that he's been dropped to the minors. Every batter he's trash talked is now having the last laugh.
to me monoah is starting to take the mantel of the best player on the jays , he isnt the most important player due to playing once every 5 days like vladdy who plays every day but the swagger/effectiveness he has when he is on the mound is getting to the point im starting to value his presence more than anyone else on the team. He has been by far the best on the team this year and if u combine last and this yr he is 2nd behind Vlad.
His 2023 ERA right now is 4.71 through 36 innings pitched. Not something to be excited about. Also, his giant tattoo of his last name on his forearm is probably the cringiest tattoo I've seen in a long time lol.
Boston loss by 25 to BlueJays I know heads rolled after the game and Boston will get rid of players and some Coaching staff. That game was the worst baseball game by the Red Sox that I've ever seen as far as just giving giving up in a game.

People saying it’s the wrong thing. Maybe he shouldn’t have cussed at the players directly but said in his glove. It’s good to be fired up out there. No need to hate on him.
If you need the opposition to motivate you, you're not much of a team. Boston hasn't won a series against an AL East team this season. They're going nowhere.
