How did we ge to acid is 3.99 like i know its some sort of algebra but im algebra challenged and did everything i could think of on that last step but still did not get the same numbers as him

is it possible to show the balanced equation for this? that's usually what i have hard time with. Acids are easier for me but the bases kick my butt. I know strong bases are solids and weak bases (aq)
