I struggled with that water rudder too and landed, taxied on a pier and then I was "Now what?" Can I go? Why there's no voice who says "Post is dropped, you can continue" etc? It stupid when nav log says "Drop a post" on pier. Is there a water rudder n Goose?
I am not sure how to do the water landings correctly, but I have the feeling that it is okay if you are close enough to the "pier area". At a certain distance, an information about the "departure point" appeared and I could imagine that you can leave the area then.
