I really and truly hope that the Yankees NEVER trade for Oakland A's Pitchers again.

I am not opposed to trades that could help the Yankees regain a WS Title, but not at the expense of future teams. I think that the money coming off the books this offseason will help the Yankees sign Soto, and there are some interesting moves that could happen beyond that. 1 move that I think could be VERY interesting is moving Aaron Judge or Soto to 1B to open a OF slot. Alex Verdugo has been OUTSTANDING thus far, but his 8.7 million which would likely need to be upgraded to 12-13 million to keep him, plus his LF slot will be needed for Jasson. Moving Judge or Soto to 1B = a slot for Spencer.

McMahon - no (too much contract for a mild upgrade) Estevez - maybe (trust the bullpen builders) Scott - yes (depending on price for a rental) Miller - no (we'd have to give Oakland the keys to our whole minor league system) Bregman - never ('name' trades are dumb and never pay off)

I don’t think the Yankees could or should go after Mason Miller but if I’m the ace, I am 100% putting him on the market and I want two or three top 100 minor leaders preferably AA so they’re three years out
