Perfectly said! 2 games in and he's talking all this rubbish. As soon we get a few wins in the bag he'll be calling ETH the best thing since sliced bread. It's so boring. Liverpool will be a test, but I think we either win or draw that game. We've had a great window and the players that have come in (good bunch of players btw) will add depth to the team, they'll give us more of an identity, hopefully ETH will be able to create a style of play with them coming in. I think we'll be alright. Top 4 and a couple cups (preferrably FA Cup & UEL) wouldn't be a bad season at all.

Klopp got to a UCL final and had the team established in his 2nd full season and fully challenging and won the UCL in his 3rd season. Arteta showed clear progression in terms of style (playing out of the back) and being hard to beat. It's not the 80s anymore and Ferguson did not spend 600 million.

The 2nd goal for Brighton was the poorest defending I've seen from a Prem side , never mind Man United. It reminded me of how bad they were last year , no improvements to the defending at all. Although, you could make the argument that being consistently good in a point based tournament shows a better team than winning a knockout competition where anything can happen. Look out how well Maidstone did last year. It was amazing, and I love an underdog, but I wouldn't argue they are a better team than Villa or Spurs because they got further in a knockout competition. Yes, ETH won the FA cup last season, but as far as the Premier League goes, it was one of their worst of all time. For the record, I don't think ETH is as bad as some people say, but I do see why so many are frustrated with the seeming lack of direction Man U have had under him. And, personally, I would take Arteta over him any day of the week.
