I love this podcast and am surprised about the low viewership. I appreciate Josh's attempts to keep it on topic but I honestly enjoy whatever they are talking about.

TILL I HEARD HIM ON KELLY RIPA'S POD-CAST AND REALLY LIKED THE EPISODE AND HEARD ABOUT HIS POD CAST WITH HIS BROTHER -JOSH. OF COURSE I HAD TO CHECK IT OUT AND KNOW IM OBSSESED WITH THIS POD-CAST AND YOU BOTH ! I STARTED LISTENING TO EACH EPISODE FOR THE BEGINING . I LOVE HEARING YOU GUYS TALK ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND DAILY LIVING ITS SO FUNNY . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK .
When we first moved to New Hampshire, we were searching for a place to grab a quick bite and passed a Taco Bell + KFC in one (something we'd never seen before). Our four-year-old saw the sign and yelled, "Hot chicken bell! Hot chicken bell!" Now, we will never not call it hot chicken bell.
I loved listening to all the stories Alex told and the laughter they were sharing. I think Josh had the right thought trying to steer the conversation back to family trips, but the wrong tone (scoldy and bossy). It's never a good idea to make the guest feel apologetic. Alex is a great storyteller and I look forward to a second episode.

You have to listen to the end of the actual podcast podcasts to hear them... JOSH WE WANT THEM HERE TOO!!! We love your songs and your face! But you don't even have to show your face while you are singing them, I still will listen just over the podcast logo.
Josh is so fun and personable, except when he starts the nagging. Nobody cares if the topic of conversation veers off into uncharted territory. Most of the time, those moments are the best of the podcast. Family Trips should be the starting point for a great conversation with a great guest, so let the interview go where it wants to go!
If I saw Josh Meyers in person I would tell him he’s scoldy and unlikeable on these podcasts. Maybe I’m part of the minority but oh well. I don’t enjoy him in this and it makes me sad because I think Seth is the best interviewer on TV right now. But Josh… Rancid vibes.
I mean.... it's a relatable sibling dynamic and another side of Seth we get to see. As an older sister of two sisters, I laugh because my little sister similarly keeps me on task.
I appreciate Josh on this. It's a family trips podcast. I listen to Seth's lonely island podcast for more SNL content. I'm sure there are plenty of other comedy & SNL podcasts.
