I agree with Alex's judgement to let go of Maggie. I don't watch Supergirl, but the Crisis on Earth X filled me in on an interesting character arc. If one person wants kids and the other doesn't, then Alex will spend the rest of her life wondering what it would be like to have kids and that's not fair. Maggie ironically looks a lot like Nyssa and it's interesting to see the parallels between Nyssara and Malex. I feel like Sara's explanation for leaving Nyssa was kind of weak, because the writers never explained why she fell out of love with Nyssa. Did Nyssa do something wrong? Was Nyssa too controlling in the relationship? Did Sara feel like Nyssa was too obsessed with her? Wanting to abandon the League of Assassins wouldn't make someone lose their feelings for their girlfriend.
