The world-class fighter holds 2 belts, puts his health , future well being on line , trains every day, cuts weight in camp often , donates love and supplies to his hometown with food etc. He is raising children, and people yet still expect more from him to learn a new language overnight, to entertain you even more. I disagree. Plinio does a great job of summarizing things, while mantaining a good flow of the conversation going. That younger guy who does the translations in the UFC it's annoying because he translates each and every word, sometimes losing track that to translate on the fly between different languages, you need to do some adjustments.
It's funny because there's always this talk about who's the GOAT. I believe Poatan with his aura have surpassed this. Not saying he's nor he isn't. Ank was dropped by Santos twice when Santos was on his decline, Santos is a power puncher, but nowhere near as crisp as Alex. Ank doesn’t use his wrestling until he feels he’s taking too much damage, as we saw against Jan, and that’s a risk when a guy can just touch you and knock you out. He also drops his lead hand, leaving an opening for left hooks. His stance is similar to Rountrees, just with lower hands, but he also explodes into his straights and over hands, I feel Alex will slip those punches as we saw him do with Jiri and Khalil. Anks ONLY chance is on the ground, and idk if he will be successful enough with it considering his 31% takedown success rate, If Alexs stuffs those takedowns, which I think he’s physically strong enough to do, Ank will have a lot of trouble and start to slow down. Alex’s chin has obviously improved since he moved to LHW, some of the shots he ate from Khalil were BIG. And Ank will not be able to counter the leg kicks as we know from his fight with Jan.

@@toufikjamalsk3411 As Ankalaev cant have his camp during Ramadan, he will need couple months after march to prepare himself. As alex fights every 3 months, they can fight in mid summer. June for example. So Alex fights Aspinall in March, and, winning or losing, fights Ankalaev in June. Its better for everyone, even to Ankalaev.
