@@nikitalovejones6477 Ah sweet, so you got to rave to it in the golden era! 🙌 First discovered UKG/D&B around the age of 10 circa 99 as I always used to mess around with my mums HiFi and one day stumbled upon a pirate station (Live FM 98.10) and liked what I heard! From then I found Flight, Delight, Flex, Ice, Passion, ect... Got my first decks at 13, went music college, played on pirate and dj'd out, ect ect.... Still have all of my vinyl and no plans to part with them any time soon! 🤩 I'd say UKG was the music of Gen X/Millennials and even a lot of Gen Z feel it too. Lot of 95esk house/garage stuff out from MK and 2 step from the likes of Disclosure and other 'Future Garage' producers. Hardcore/jungle sounds are even making a come back, check out Mickey Beam 😊
@@youretoosensitive6656 OK, whatever, luckily I'm not easily offended unlike yourself... I take it you too are in your 40s, got to appreciate these tunes in their era and wasn't in the nut sack at these times.... Your long paragraph suggests that maybe you was even a dj in the early 90s........ We all have different tastes and I like the mix, sorry if you didn't but I didn't do the mix!!!!! A wrong tree you be barking at
I listen to a lot of garage mixes and this stands out as the mix between songs goes on for ages and is bang on. Well done, was a pleasure to listen to!
The animated cassette should tell you this set was made using vinyl meaning everything played will be a bang bang, digital sets usually contain tracks DJs wouldn't play on vinyl as they wouldn't have had the vinyl. Vinyl is limited.
Blessings from Cambridge UK, @alex storm these are some bangin tunes thanks! Some of these tunes bring back some proper happy high memories #love doves 💓 🕊’s 💃 🎵💃🎵💃🎵💃🎵💃🎵💃💃🥰💃🥰💃💃💃💃💃💃
84 thumbs down. I can explain. A nuns monastery had internet linked to their in house biblical music system. The 85th nun with a former past in the house scene, she got bored one day and thought that she'd bring JOY to her fellow nunnies there. Joy every day, bring joy. joy. joy every day.
Ya should if ya don't mind like just slip that speed down abit and rush the the gaff up if ya get me awee bitta bass awee bitta bang awee bitta madness, tones top class sir
I lived in this ERA. BANGING. Cant say anything except the tunes were that good rumour had it old school garage could have been heard over the gates of Buckingham Palace. Shadows in human form bit boring with hands outstretched. A womanly voice shouting out Bring me JOY.
