It seems like the opposite to me, like for example if I’m at a restaurant, I will call the waiter/waitress by their name to show respect and identify them rather than treat them like a nameless bot that has to serve me
He’s doing that, because interview is basicly a conversation so he’s feelin more like talking to journalists with their names. Bet they had a small talk before that so he kinda knew this people to call them by their names. This is very nice and polite and kinda gives cosy vibes than i dunno... calling someone interviewer or mr/mrs ;)
