This is such a non-apology. You'll notice she said "I'm sorry _you_ got upset", *not* "I'm sorry I did something upsetting". This type of behavior is gross to the nth degree, folks, and the _exact_ kind of behavior that makes people hate influencers, _ALSO_ pulling the "trans card" is beyond gross, and has _absolutely nothing_ to do with this situation. The first wedding in the social media age made me so mad. It wasn’t Leela level, but people had phones up blocking people’s view & phones were ringing. In her apology she mentioned "I thought that the cute little VHS video of like literally the most beautiful wedding ever would make people so happy, that's my way of showing my love and affection." If that was the case she should've sent this video to them privately as a gift to remember whether they decide to post it or treasure it privately. They could've use some of the clips to make a video montage along with all the guests' photos and videos that I'm sure people are sending in or tagging them in. This is similar to Trisha Paytas's baby gender reveal party, where someone revealed the baby's gender before she could edit and upload video to RU-vid. She had to make a last-minute video. Everyone knew the baby's gender before she got the chance to revealed it.
lets be real if I had a wedding and I gave out invitations that said to put away all cell phones and someone in the crowd recorded the whole intire wedding I would be pissed because you can come to my wedding but you cant follow my rules like...
