To all the folks crabbing about LAV doing podcasts with “these people” as y’all say…… just stop. Are they annoying? Yep, sometimes. Are they anywhere as knowledgeable as LAV? Nope….. therefore, this is why it is good to see Mr. LAV share info and knowledge with the younger folks!! There should be more of this sort of thing, good honorable people who have respect and manners and knowledge, talking and sharing with the younger “me me me” generation.

Mr. Vickers, I was watching a a video on Ian Macullums Forgotten Weapons from 3 years ago. I was on an HK prototype PSL-7 that was never put into production. I know that you have worked closely with HK on numerous Weapons platforms and I was wondering during if you knew any information on this rifle program. In particular, there is a mount on the receiver end of the barrel and on the front of the barrel that the G3 style front sight is mounted. I was wondering if it was maybe for barrel vibration dampening or tuning?
