Karl is wise and kind. Yes he had said some things in the past that were questionable, but I think he realized his mistakes and has grown from them. I always love to see people that are so open minded yet original and confident. Karl is vain in not an unattractive way, but the way that is being sure about yourself and your passions. I can only hope that through time, I will be able to obtain that sort of self assured vanity. The vanity where you do not believe yourself to be higher than others, but that everyone is on the same level. I admire Karl.

I also admire Angelina for that. I guess at some point, people just have so much money that they can choose what to use their money in, If I was rich, honestly, I would probably be seduced by the beauty of fashion...not probably, totally. But I would also like to help others as Jolie does, or more...like Audrey Hepburn whose style is eternal, and her caring about others made her more chic than any bag or dress. Cause after all I think fashion gives you the "look" but only one can make the style.
@derstahlmann you dont know it but everyone is influenced by the world of fashion. fashion controls so much and allows for self expression. fashion isnt all about money. if you cant find a decent outfit under 100 dollars then that makes you stupid. fashion people are not stupid they are actually very smart. eg. KL is very successful and iconic
yea they make mony of handbags perfumes and when they run sales on ready to wear but i think its a ivestment why buy somthing thats in style right now when you can buy a chanel handbag,shoes,perfume.ready to wear clothes and they last and stay in style forever think about it
@derstahlmann Clearly you don't know jack shit about the subject, haute couture is not sold in any store, it's not mass produced with slave labour, you have to go to 20 fittings. It is HAND MADE by little french ladies that work for Chanel with only the best fabrics, that's why it's so expensive. And there is a consensus among artists ans critics that fashion, and architecture are art.
Saint Laurent said that it was not art but creativity cause a true artist don't have dates every years to deliver its creations and he was much more smart and creative than Lagerfeld.
