As a professional singer for a long time I'm here to tell you.... There are MANY DIFFERENT kind of voices. Not ALL SINGERS are RnB, heady, heavy vibrato, constant riffing and runs. Singing/performing is storytelling and sometimes that story is mellow, soft, lilting...sometimes it's aggressive, sometimes it's simple, sometimes it's complicated. AND then sometimes it's just production...however....and none of these things are mutually exclusive. And then we all have our tastes however these days I feel like people equate vocal acrobatics with good singing and they're not the same thing!!!

This song is how i found out about Alexa Demie. I didnt know who she was, i wasnt obsessed with her or anything like that, but i loved the song and thats the reason i started following her work.
