KDLex saved me from killing myself.When I was in the dark, I got to watch some of their random clips from tiktok and it made me realize that everyone was hurting and it is okay not to be okay.That it was okay to cry it out but you gotta stand up and rise again.I was so thankful for this duo and they are really a blessing in disguise, an inspiration. Alexa, KD, I know you won't get to read this but I just wanna say, THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME😭

Based on my observations.. because of KD and Alexa people are now more open sa usapang mental health. Having anxiety/depression is so hard to open up.. kc we are scared to be judged.. we are scared that people can’t understand us. We have this fear with in us and we always have this negativity injecting inside of our mind. It’s really hard to fight alone. Coz, aminin mn ntin o hindi not all na nasa tabi ntin can understand us.. And now this two #kd and #alexa show us it’s ok to ask for help. At ngaun ang usap ung mental health ay naging open na at naliwanagan na ung mga tao… if sana dati pa Ito na open cguro less ung mga nag pakamatay bcoz of anxiety or depression. They are perfectly good for each other. During their pbb journey, hindi sila napagod para sa isa't isa. Tanggap nila yung weaknesses ng isa't isa. Nakakahanga yung bond na nagkaron sila while they are both fighting for their mental health sa pbb. I think, kung maging real lovers sila ganito yung relationship na tumatagal talaga kase may matatag na foundation. But kung hindi man napakaganda ng friendship nila. Friendship na masasandalan ng bwat isa sa kanila kapag feeling down yung isa sa kanila.

Honestly nagkaroon ako ng mental health, lagi ko iniisip na baka mamatay na ko. Natatakot ako kase may mga anak ako. Ive been through in my darkest hour, but after watching them in PBB and started following them Both, I now believe I am not the only one in this battle ..
