For the Hand's Wash Away, all you need to do is head towards the center while he's casting. There's little need to tank him in the center and potentially get people cleaved while moving him from his usual spot near the edge, so long as the tank's actually watching for it and moves appropriately.

Its like Liquid Flame in FFV, so awesome.

decided to watch multiple guides to see if me getting blamed by a tank yesterday was justified. seeing you intercept the tether almost immediately proves how bad he was. he waited about 3-4 seconds before finally walking to me to get the tether. killed me twice. i think that's a little detrimental, considering i'm the healer. getting blamed for people's failures is so awful, especially when i think about those who might actually believe him because they don't pay attention. feels bad.

If your dps are good and/or geared enough, you can push phases. I've had a few groups at this point where we skipped the second tornado phase.

the swipe from the hand can be shared with the party to reduce all the damage

The entire party can also soak the slap damage from the big hand until it splits, with that method, it deals at least 1000-1200 damage. healers can easily heal through it.

During the hand phase before it splits its kinda just easier to split the dps of the cleave on the whole raid and makes it super easy... just a suggestion.

There is an enrage timer of 10 minutes and 30 seconds. The cascarade will charge for either 10 or 15 seconds and will wipe the party.

If you push your DPS in the 2 hand phase, you will skip the second tornado. At current point, we were pretty much skipping to the final phase the moment the second hands swapped last night ^.^
