The memories are flowing remember watching Soul Train with my then Girlfriend she was 14 me 16 Teenage Sweethearts was well into the music scene still are after 39 yrs great memories - if you ever read this Clare Swan still think of those magical times - all water under the bridge now would love to say hello hope your well !

Soul Train. Fantastic setting they had back in the days... This is still one of the best ballads ever. Alexander O'Neal looking absolutely like a million bucks in the blue shiny suit. What a voice, what a crowd and how great were those shows. I just love it. 🕺💃💖🌟💯💞🌺🍀💐👋

This so takes me back to the point of almost tears. The mid 80's was such a pivitol point in my life. I had growing pains and the music of that era was so meaningful. I miss that era so much. We have so many classic and timeless songs to treasure even now listening to this. For some reason this song reminds me of my sister who I lost in 2001. Alexander had a special sound and a one of a kind vibe within his music.
