He moved to Norway when he was 4 or 5 years old. And he will turn 23 years in May, so he has been living in Norway for almost 20 years. He and his parents have norwegian passports. So he IS norwegian, just had his first few years in Belarus. They have never been back, so I believe he is much more norwegian than russian :)
