Loop of a gem of an ASMR (Alexander Technique) classic practitioner. This is the only video I can find of Shoshana Kaminitz from the Patrick Macdonald video from the below link:

I've tidied up some of the high pitch quirks from the original and looped it 5 times. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.

Right? For someone who's watched as many Alexander technique videos as I have, this should have popped both for me and for a LOT of other people MUCH sooner. This should be just as big in the ASMR community as Diana, Sandwich breath, Putapitapaper, or Navy suit for war IMO.

HOW is this at only 39k views at 2 years? HOW am I only now seeing this for the first time? I tend to run ASMR videos nightly as I go to bed for my insomnia... I usually go through a few before I manage to nod off. Diana's will be one of them every now and then. I've been using this one for the last few days and haven't been awake at the end even once.

This is really superb. Between Diana Devitt Dawson and this here, the Alexander technique is giving us the all time greatest one hit wonders of all time. Ah, when these girls start talking about lengthening, the consonants just put me in paradise.

Why do people think the Alexander technique is bs? They teach it at most theatre, dance, and music schools. There’s no scam medicine involved or feeling the air, it’s straight up posture correction 😂

Your claim that they teach it at most theater dance and music schools is total BS. Of course it’s a ridiculous scam. people paying money for someone to tell them to sit straighter and claiming that it has a wide range of health benefits. And if there’s ever a great audience for silly stuff like this, it’s wannabe actors.

This seems to be clipped from the longer video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QPPxyHCWPu8.htmlsi=OERQeXrmpPhUNGxQ which focuses on Patrick McDonald, one of F. M. Alexander's earliest pupils and original teaching proteges. It identifies the teacher here as one Shoshona Kamonitz. Her accent sounds French to me, but Belgian would work as well.
