My freind is also 35 years old with a glowing skin and when others ask her what did you do to have this skin she says I don't wear makeup 😂. She is right at this age she has never worn foundation on her skin nor dyed her hair. her only makeup products that she uses are a lip pencil and an eye pencil for a little tiny eyeliner at the corner.
