@@iremcelebi2147 The fact she doesn't want to be modeled like P!nk or Katy Perry doesn't mean she doesn't want to be famous. If you desire to be published you desire to be heard. So can you explain why you believe that she doesn't want to be famous?
I discovered her thanks to my father, he said 'u like Arctic Monkeys right? U should listen to her' and omg this is one of the best things I've discovered this year, she's so talented
This reminded me so much of Star Treatment and sounds like an "after-hours" version of Tranquility Base Hotel + Casino... then I realized Alex Turner helped make this masterpiece, it all makes sense. Props to both for writing such a beauty.
Lyrics: Hopelessly showbiz So she is She's got friends you haven't met They smoke menthol cigarettes Bogus psychosis She floats on in She ain't ever anywhere So you're lucky that she's here Talk about Hollywood problems She's got 'em She's always looking for a wilder ride She'll be fucking with the phone all night She calls me Girlie She gets in corners where water can't Got that look upon her face Says she's twenty minutes late Her shit is sordid She's all for it 'till her eyeballs start to bleed She don't wanna go to sleep Talk about ladder to stardom She's on one And if that doesn't whet your appetite Well she probably got something that might She calls me Girlie Talk about Hollywood problems She's got 'em She's always looking for a wilder ride And she'll be fucking with the phone all night She calls me Girlie
You're so amazing! I really wish I would have tried harder to be friends with you in high school. Not because you're almost famous but because I've always admired you. I think we would have made really great friends. I can tell it's not about fame for you but don't ever give up on your music. There's no one like you❤
@Harbinger of the doom Generation dude chill out, shit hes in one of the biggest rock bands of our time of course people will talka about him when he wrote songs with someone else
I love how, in a seemingly 40s sounding song, with the basic chord progression and softly spoken vocal line, that kind of waltzy down-tempo style grandpa used to play paired with the nostalgic lo-fi like the mic was in a bucket and ya 50s spring reverb, the video recorded on 10mm like ya grandma used to watch and over-saturated like ya mum. All of that old school feel but thanks to livin in the good new year of twenty seventeen you can drop a lyrical "Fucking" in the middle of it and it fortifies the song. Seen this so much with latest wave of female musicians in the alt-folk scene but not so much with the dudes? Boys, start swearing more you lil bitches
I noticed some Maya Deren here, lovely. Just as beautiful as I was expecting it, you really can't ask for more with Miss Saviour, being a witness of her talent is truly an honor.
