Alexandre Guilmant (1837-1911): Sortie sur l'hymne: Quid Nunc in Tenebris Tristis Aberras (for the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary)

A few comments: I was working quickly to make this recording before the church was locked up for the night, so please pardon the roughness of the performance. Also, this organ really wasn't designed for French Romantic music, so I didn't exactly follow the registrations specified in the score. I just wanted to get a recording of this online, since it didn't appear to be out there already. It's an easy piece and makes a great postlude. I haven't been able to find any information on the hymn it's based on, so if anyone knows something about it, please leave a comment.
