@ruwitze4450 The family claims that the hospital should never have administered the medications without confirming she wasn't pregnant even though the mother said she had been buying pads and the daughter said she was a virgin on her period because they "believe" that the .19 ng of morphine in the baby led the the baby's death perhaps because he also had covid and SARS. They also blame the hospital for not physically examining her without her consent to see if it was possible she was in labor rather than suffering from back issues she had since birth that she's had to get pain treatment for in the past. They claim once the hospital knew she was pregnant, she should have never been able to go to the bathroom alone and when they heard all the flushing, they should have immediately intervened and that when they saw the blood all over the bathroom, they should have thoroughly checked the garbage for a baby. Honestly, to an extent, I agree. Once they had the positive urine test, they should have treated her with suspicion and not let her in the bathroom unattended or opened the door earlier even if they wanted the blood test for pregnancy confirmation. However, it completely understandable that they believed she was having a miscarriage, especially without a physical exam. Ultimately, the hospital's biggest fault here is trusting the patient and her mother gave them honest information and allowing her pain relief, freedom of movement, and privacy.

How crazy was it when the cop said to the BF " Don't take this the wrong way but I'm assuming you're the father" And Both moms started laughing. Smh The BF and Husband just sat there. If I found myself in grandmas situation I’d ask if I could hold him and cuddle him while I apologized for not protecting him from the animal I’d raised. Likely wouldn’t be allowed to hold him because his little body was evidence. But at the very least I’d want to see if. I asked my teens & they said it’s NOT only that the world is a mess but that they don’t look forward to the future like other generations. As a mother of four adult children, I can tell you that I went through some horrible hormone changes when I was pregnant that I can STILL remember to this day and I’m 83.
What else is she supposed to be worried about?! She did inquire information about the baby, but y'all obviously didn't watch the video of them while they were in the hospital room... So now that there's nothing that can be done to bring the baby back, what do you expect her to do?! Not be there for her daughter.. I'm not saying her daughter is right in what she did, and I feel like she should be put in jail for what she did. But to be realistic, parents are going to stand behind their children regardless. I have kids, and yes I would be devastated if my daughter did this. But I would not want her to be put in jail. Even though I know that that's the consequences of doing what her daughter did.. Some women actually say they didn't know they were pregnant. They have whole tv shows about it called "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant". I find it very, very hard to believe. First of all, your monthly cycles stop. Then you begin getting bigger. Then you actually feel it move, for about 4 1/2 months, with the movements getting stronger.
If my child had done what this ladies child did, I wouldn’t be able to stand up from the grief. I would be screaming and crying so much they would have to sedate me. The mother didn’t even ask to see her deceased grandchild when the police says they were about to transport the baby for autopsy. I might be alone on this one, others might disagree, but, I personally would want to still hold my poor angel grandchild, it’s a grieving process that is so important. Just like mothers that give birth to still borns (unlike her daughter that just k#lls an innocent darling baby) they are encouraged to hold their baby to help with the grieving process, plus grandparents if the parents want to share that moment. The thought of my grandchild laying naked alone in a morgue would rip my soul apart, I would want to hold him/her make sure he/she is wrapped up in a blanket etc. This mother doesn’t give a shit that her daughter just killed her grandchild!!! I worked as a surgical tech for a labor and delivery unit years ago. Anytime we had a stillborn baby, the first thing the family asked was to SEE & HOLD THE BABY. Of course, these were mothers who didn't "pretend" they weren't pregnant. I understand that if the so-called grandmother would have asked to see the baby, law enforcement wouldn't have allowed it at that time. This entire murder disgusts me.
What strikes me as really odd, and even pathological, is how someone can be so calm and callous about killing and hiding the baby, and then go to the prom and smile like nothing has happened. She could have screamed for help when the baby came out, to save the baby's life, and given it up. I would be too devastated to leave the house much less go to prom and smile like nothing has happened.
The hospital she was at was a safe haven hospital. She could have literally left her baby on the bathroom floor and wouldn't have gotten in trouble. As far as the boyfriend's ID is concerned, if a Police officer asks for your ID, you have to give it to them, and then lawyer up. If you refuse, you could be charged with obstruction. And the Mom...playing the victim to the hilt. If you haven't seen the video of the girl actually getting taken into custody, the Mom really performs. I became pregnant at 19 while in a community college - i was still living at home and my mother is exactly like this mother - an absolute narcissist . I was scared to death to tell her - so behind my back my brother did. I came home late that night and all of the lights were on - i knew what was coming. My parents asked if it was true and i immediately said yes!! All my mother could say was "i bought you a book about this" she pointed to our bookshelf which had hundreds of books - and i said you never showed me any book!!! And she said " well i put it on the shelf" she then said you will have an abortion and i said i absolutely will not. 26 years later my beautiful baby boy is a police officer . It can be scary but there is so much help today and so many options and death is definitely not one of them.

I have teenage girls in my life and one said the other day “I bet she’s the kinda girl that’s killed her baby just so she could go to prom because she’s been living for it. Poor baby boy” then the other one responded “ it’s not even like she had a decent dress on and her ‘I’m quirky’ sneakers and her mother is living through her too” they were brutal when watching this but they may be right.
When the cops came to arrest Alexee, her mother told them she was “going after” the hospital and the police. The cops were beyond kind to Alexee. Back in 1920's California my Great Grandpa who was mostly German American, just got out of the Marines, Fighting Germany in WWI, was on a bus in Los Angeles, and his son, a few month's old baby wouldn't stop crying. There was a Native American woman in the back of the bus who walked up to him and said, "Give me the baby.." so he did and she started breast feeding the baby, and of course the baby stopped crying, my grand uncle that is, and everyone was happy, including my Great Grandpa. The love back then for other people's babies was even greater than people have today for their own babies. Another thing, that baby is still alive and super healthy today in his 90's!

This shows that one little thing can be taken so out of context as they had been told, she had a positive urine pregnancy test, but since she had said, she was a virgin, they sent for blood work to double check. When the mom found out, it was not a miscarriage, but I found a dead baby in the garbage and after she asked how big it was when the charge nurse asked if they have any questions and then he told her it was full-term that’s when she was shocked and said to her daughter what did she do? Alexee being a sheltered teen had no idea how pregnancy was. It's after two missed cycles that a female will have it in their mind about being pregnant but who knows how far along or a due date ex. I don't call it as much denial but not being prepared for the time of labor or what to expect of it. In the past it use to be lamaze classes for information but now it's Google. And maybe Alexee didn’t know mom was giving her an aspirin instead of the birth control pills. Alexee seems pretty naive. OR - the stepdad is the father and mom knows it. I think it’s possible it could be the stepdads or the fact that they all knew and they aren’t saying anything. Alexee’s mom makes a point to tell the officer who the other grandma is and also laughs when the officer questions paternity of the baby. The mother is also trying really hard to convince the officer of some pr3xisting condition (based on her past trauma)that would cause her to think her daughters complaints were “normal” but she can’t remember what the condition she was born with is called? All her reactions are odd to this horrible situation
Every time I hear " the baby will go for an autopsy" my heart breaks!! How can this mom not be breaking down crying? I think the mom is so controlling Alexee would have been afraid to tell her she was pregnant.
That's it - she was too scared to tell her overbearing, controlling, overprotective mom who only cares about her own image. No excuse for what she did but it is all because the mom is a controlling, domineering, biotch and the daughter was too immature (treated like a twelve year old) to tell her mom anything about anything.
💯 agree with your position on this entire mess. She could have ditched her mother out of that room and told a nurse, “I’m pregnant “. She isn’t a child. She may be a immature young adult. But she knew better. She should be punished. That was despicable.
I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and my WHOLE body changed. From my mental health to my physical shape, even my legs have changed- I’m covered in varicose veins. I have said this whole time there is NO way she didn’t know. None. Period. The end. And that’s before I factor in the feeling sick and feeling baby move. Imagine having a whole little person in your stomach that just randomly kicks your everything… you can’t tell yourself you imagined that at ALL.
7:55 Ohh! This is the first time I heard anyone in the family ask a question about the baby! The stepdad asked if the baby was stillborn. Granted, is that out of concern for Alexi or concern for what happened to the baby... I have no idea. But his emotions seem to be equally for Alexi & baby & what happened & not just for Alexi going to jail.
The interview in the hospital waiting room was so sad....the only one that seemed to have a heart for the dead baby was the step father of the murderer. He was just broken crying over the newborn.
I disagree. He never stood up! He sat there like a lump on a log appearing disinterested and lazy. To me. Tears idk. But I do not think he showed concern. Why didn’t he have, at least, the manners ti stand up and approach the officer for information.. no he sat there. Who does that? You don’t sit there making the cop soesk up because you too lazy to get up and get closer so the cop could hear you! He really didn’t care that the entire waiting area could hear what was said? The cop practically yelled over to make the step father hear him vs the SF getting up to move close so the whole world didn’t hear their business! No no way did that stepfather care. He acted like he just wanted to be lazy sit in his chair and nap- don’t bother me. If he was crying it was because the girl was going to jail not because he cared about the baby and how it suffered being suffocated by his step daughter. I know he didn’t know that yet but he still runt care how the full term baby died!! Never even asked!

But understand please that we as a society are witnessing the fall of humanity. It has come to fruition and it is written that we shall bare witness to babies being cast away like garbage. Yes, THE MOM IS DEFINITELY THE PROBLEM! THE STEP FATHER WAS MORE UPSET THAN THE MOTHER, SICK! You can tell her mom controlled her, she was probably scared to death of her mom..

I completely agree with you. This is not only heartbreaking, it’s downright sickening. The daughter and mother are twisted. Anybody can clearly tell that she was pregnant.
But she’s a CHEERLEADER!!! So we didn’t know? Nobody questioned anything. Why the f was the daddy there if nobody knew. We are not lost, but these people actually thought we might be lost. I can not wait for these F-ERs to go to court. I think Alexee was very much abused. I feel ver bad for mama and baby. Alexee mom is and was absolutely miserable and living life VIA Alexee. You can’t imagine giving birth at 30 like me… let alone at 19 any everyone including Grandma wanted mom and baby to fail. I kind of do believe Alexee has severe mental illness and I believe her mom ex and ex are at fault. I am in ways sorry. I was in labor 23 hours with my daughter and it was awful because nobody believed me. I think her mom wanted her to be perfect and nothing would stop the killer grandma?
What I cant get over is there was just a case 2 years ago less than 100 miles away of another new mexico teen who after giving birth threw her baby in the dumpster you would think school officials guidance counselors coaches in the state would be more proactive or cautious about girls who appear to be pregant and denying it! The other teens name was Alexis and now Alexee. The teens mother in both instances seem to exert a lot of control over their daughters lives but completely indifferent to reality
Omg I never seen that pic of her at school. SHE WAS CLEARLY PREGNANT N KNEW IT. SHE WAS TO BIG AND BABYS KICK N MOVE AROUND. THIS BABY WAS FULL TERM AND ALIVE AT BIRTH.
The fact that she went to the prom boggles my mind for the simple reason that, I can’t believe she’s not ashamed of herself or embarrassed. I said it before, I really think she’s mentally challenged to a small degree.

I have watched this by many youtubers. YOU are the only one who gets it. EVERYTHING you have said is exactly how I feel. I too was glad she got to go home for that false sense of I got off, everything is fine feeling. Then she goes to the Prom all smiling like she did not trash her baby. The mother, I have no words. You're absolutely right it was not normal coupled with the fact that the father of the child and his mother the grandmother is sitting there looking over their shoulders like they're listening in on a conversation that does not involve them. He never once asked about his son he could have at least said can I see my child. Instead the two of them chose to act like they were innocent bystanders in all of this. Of course he knew she was pregnant the one person that was having sex with her who got physically closer to her than anyone else. This is some crazy s***!!
As a human being i can understand how hard it is to face up to an overbearing parent, you are taught any time you speak up for yourself it's disrespectful and it's scary. Her mother should be given a formal evaluation and be charged as an instigator, because I'm sure she made her daughter feel she had no other options as it would embarrass her as a parent and have people talking about her parenting because it's all about her 😢🤬
I agree about the mom for sure BUT no matter what you can't kill your baby. I just don't understand how no body knew I mean she looked pregnant as hell
@@ShannaSells I agree with you, but I don't think it's as cut and dry that she 'chose' to kill her baby - an abusive home life and post-partum hormones can completely fuck you up and impair your ability to make rational decisions. This kind of scenario is exactly why Safe Haven laws were enacted.

Ppl say the mom is overbearing, but she just seemed protective of her daughter to me. If it had been my mom, omg, she would NOT have been protective. She would have been really pissed and not coddling of me. That whole group is pretty weird. The only person that cried was the stepfather.
Having grown up with an overbearing parent, there wasn't ANYTHING I could hide from her. She would have picked up on any pregnancy I might have tried to hide back then. I know other parents like this. Can't get anything by them. Rosa knew. She knew, and she's just as complicit in this baby's murder as Alexee. I'd even go so far as to say Devyn is complicit as well. NO way he didn't know either.

If....she does not get convicted..United States court system will be opening up for these young pregnant girls to kill their babies without consequences... this baby deserves justice...and make sure no other loosers kill their children....BTW i had my first daughter at 19.
