I really appreciate the demo and explanation of this, thanks Leo! Along with everyone else, I've been quite intrigued to see and hear exactly what it does 👍
@@soundformore Like some of Alexey's other apps I've bought, it seems quite unusual and unique though might take some time and experimentation to uncover its full potential. 🙂 I think it could be interesting to feed it very simple sequenced melody or percussion loops to perhaps create subtle variations, accompaniment or glitchy elements. It could perhaps be good for creating soundscapes and such if MIDI'd out to a sampler or synth etc. With a little setting-up it could also be cool for playing a MIDI keyboard / drumkit into it, or sending MIDI to it from another iPad of iPhone that's running something "touch expressive" like Thumjam etc. 👍
Super interested in all 3 of his new midi apps. He even released a bundle of the lot. Love to win a copy. Cheers for another great and informative video SFM, Peace.
@@soundformore In general it’s the recording midi and with two separate lanes like here you have velocity and pitch. It’s useful for recording midi unto your Daw. The hold and hits are my favorite with the velocity of scratch.
Thanks for the tutorial Leo, I wondered how this app worked although I’m struggling to see how useful it is. Can you automate the scrub velocity, pitch etc?
