I so agree we always begged Honda for a four-stroke engine in the CR frame and then they delivered the slipper piston unicam off-road bikes but they're just not what we wanted. This engine sounds amazing but specs show that it's heavier than the XR

Electric start XR400 would be amazing!

Yes with electric start, because my Xr 400 is a pain in the ass to start

That’s nuts. The dealer I got mine from three months ago (2023) said they were having trouble getting stock. I got lucky and grabbed one before it hit the floor. It probably helped that we picked up 2 other bikes that day too (110 & 125), but I have no idea how the sales stuff works. I’ve been riding every day since and have put north of 500 miles on them all. I’ve been hill climbing, riding wheelies, and doing small jumps like there’s no tomorrow, and I’m only 3 months into it. Prior to that, the only two wheels I’ve ever been on were bicycles. I wish they offered a version of the 250r with the basic reliable performance of the 250f. I’d enjoy the weight savings and better suspension, but I have little need for the extra power. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to have the whole package, but the maintenance schedule doesn’t look like fun (I’d rather be riding).

I've ridden the CRF300L off road and have spent a fair amount of time on the CRF250F. Being a dual sport, the 300L is a compromise off road. The CRF250F is made to be a trail bike. So it is much better than the 300L at that. If you were to plate it as they've done with Tanner's bike, the CRF250F is a real compromise on the road. So it all depends on what you want. But for green lane, forest, hill climbing, the CRF250F is way better. From my experience.

I've always hated the idea of apartments, give money away to something that isn't yours. Definitely would be nice if it was easier to buy property and houses in this market for a lot more people, hope you can do that for yourself one day!

There’s always a way to get a title. The state will never turn down $.

Inseam is more important than overall height. I’m 6” (32” inseam) and can sit completely flat footed. My brother has a 30” inseam and is on the balls of his feet, almost flat foot (if memory serves). It’s shorter than the crf230, I believe, and most other bikes in the same size range.

You can tell especially with the chain and engine cases being so rusted with such Minimal wear/boot rub and being such a newer bike it’s Gotta Be from Chemicals, green soap, purple power, oven cleaner all that stuff along with power washing or not cleaning chemicals off fully will Cause That in just a few washes. (I ruined a 2017 crf450r with purple power) in 2017
