I think she's genuine. She wouldn't break up with her boyfriend just for a show. Especially when her ex helped her so so much to find herself again. There must have been a good reason, which I think was her developing feelings for Alan
Apparently they broke up because of the fact that she's returning back to live in her hometown and thus they didn't want to pursue a distant relationship? I don't really know but that's what I heard from other people.
I ship them so much but idk they seem like they’re really milking the whole romance thing for votes I hope it’s real and that they don’t just go their separate ways after the show...
I think it’s genuine. She gives me the vibe that she doesn’t know how to not talk about her feelings and I think Alan just knows how to be professional about it.

I don't think it's fake, I think Alan is taking a step back because he didn't want to talk about it on camera and maybe he is even wondering if she is using him. And I think she is. But her feelings are also real. We'll see
