@@juliakoltzoff6870 I believe it’s an ‘integrated fridge’. The fridge itself is bought without a cover then you install your own over it, normally laminate/veneer panels that match the rest of the kitchen cabinets so the fridge blends-in with the kitchen design.
i actually tried her water trick and it works!!! depending on how big of a glass/jar you're using you can cut down on the lemon juice so it's not too sour
genuine, loved it! loved that she talked about sensitivity and how the way in whihch you make your food matters. That is an extremely subtle thing that Eastern medicine talks about, but it is not yet known in the West. Love that she highlights the hidden sugars, etc. in common foods. Her skin is radiating, so it is clear that her food is enriching her from within (this is one of the first things I look at as a Holistic Nutritionist to understand if there are hidden health issues!) LOVED the video, thanks for sharing !
i made the date chai oatmilk but wish i hadn't added vanilla protein powder. didn't blend well and made milk powdery next time tho i'll make it minus the protein powder and i just know it'll be bomb!
Calorie counting can be used to help people eat enough food. Especially, people who suffered from an E.D, but obviously this should be done by people that can mentally handel it or other people who is helping the person recover. Edit: Also following a vegan diet, it might be difficult to eat enough calories to maintain weight.

Considering she’s “recovered” from an eating disorder, i agree. Too much emphasis on low-calorie foods - notice the granola and whipped cream. Anyways, hope she gets better.
You can get hydrated from any liquid so 6-8 cups of water is good but fruit and hot drinks can hydrate you too. Sugar is small amounts is ok especially if mixed with foods and fibre. and salt is healthy is right amounts.
staple foods like oats, beans, rice, veggies are the cheapest things you can buy. so it’s really just the “vegan replacement alternatives” that you don’t really need to buy that are expensive.
Plant based eating is in fact the cheapest diet. It's when you start adding in the vegan alternatives that it gets pricey. Also it's a priority thing. I personally would rather spend more money nourishing my body than spending in other areas.
