there's really something special about this track...

This is a masterpiece. I find my self revisiting this song time and time again. It encapsulates a sort of lethargic feeling of hope, hours of work and realization...i find this song during a time of heartbreak and uncertainty. I feel as though the dynamic contrast that builds throughout the piece does a fine job at bringing to light the reality of the situation. All building and making sense to finally ground it's self with the strings at the end; maintaining the motoric theme presented in the beginning, yet ending abruptly with the sense of unresolve...or maybe it is resolve.

I can't get over how hypnotic this song is...the beat, melodies, Jordan's voice. It invokes the end of a dystopian nightmare, the light at the end of a sad dark tunnel.

Rakei's voice is simply unreal, he is the best voice of this generation.

That space between 0:56 - 1:05 & every time it repeats through the song… bruh. Gets me every time!! Instant bag of tears, even just thinking of it wells me up. I absolutely love this song! Wish I could have felt it live 🥹🙏🏾💛
