If I found out I'm dying from bone cancer tomorrow, I would sell my practical car and get this 100%. This is just pure joy and passion and it's insane that you can afford it with an average income!
You think the suspension on a Giulia is rough? Wow the reviews have its compliant suspension as one of it’s strong points given how good the handling is. And if you think no power steering and hard access is bad in a 4c, drive a Lotus Elise. I speak from experience.
Paddle shifters are super annoying if you need to change gears while you’re turning or something but I guess no gear shift probably gives some decent good weight gains. I wonder how light the wheels and tires were
The newer Alfas have large column mounted shifters. I did find it annoying to make turns on the 4C with the steering wheel mounted shifters. The wheels were 18s in the front and 19s in the rear. I wanna say I read somewhere that the stock wheels were around 20 lbs.
I daily drive my 4C and have no problem with the paddle shifters. I also speed around sometimes at 140mph. I do admit that it is more fun on curved roads rather than going fast. I love it though.
Having both a Giulia ( paddles on the column) and a 4c ( paddles on the wheel), I have have no problem with the 4c. The paddles are right at the grips and you rarely have to take your hands off to make even tight turns.
It’s not supposed to. It’s a traditional sports car, no power steering is literally the most engagement you can get while driving. Not to mention, you’re not supposed to turn the wheel while stationary anyways, it leads to unnecessary wear. Owners of this car will always tell you as long as the car is rolling that it’s more than manageable
