Supersport usually in tales performance and power upgrades. It’s not like they couldn’t get Neptuno engine Maserati got from Alfa in the first place. It’s already USA compliant! Maybe that extra chamber won’t fit? Anyway the current engine can still be tuned to but out 30 more hp.
Well, the Giulia ended being sold in the USA with the Serie 4. This model is now a Serie 5. The Akrapovic exhaust is not a clue that this edition is not for the USA because with last year's 100th Anniversary, they simply fitted the normal exhaust system.
@@RonsRides on the Giulia, the Akra just adds more depth, but no major power gain or higher volume. The standard exhaust is very good on its own, may be just a bit heavier.

After 1 year ownership Giulia 2018 I must say , it has problems - leaking radiator, panorama stop working, dead o-rings , changed almost full suspension on 55000 km ! Screw bleeding death ! AGM death , engine mount death. Front relays death. What else Im waiting for- damaged leather dashboard, damaged electronic thermostat .
