My first alfa. In 1999 I had a breakdown on my way to cornwall in a crappy Sierra, the head gasket went, I had a choice, tow home or continue. I continued and we decided to get a coach home. The coach home was 210pounds, so I looked in the local paper and found a guilletta for 225. So bought it. 21 years later I'm still driving alfas. Never had a breakdown. The handling on these was amazing for its day.

When I was young my father hads 2 Giulietta The first was 1.6 and The Second was a white 1.8...i remember the amazing sound of that car..

I learnt to drive in a 2.0 guilietta in 1984. It was one of the best handling cars I’ve ever driven. Especially when I fitted Koni dampers and 195/60 tyres.

Ever i look this video, my first carlove stands up to life! The times and these memories, the 80ies... and i feel these times are alive right now! My uncle (Italian) hat one back in the 80s. Same red color and grey/black velours. He had a specialized version which he bought from someone who worked at the Italian ambassy in Bonn (Germany) I was a kid back then but do know that the engine was tuned to about 170bhp and was really fast! Drove from Bonn to northern Italy in just 6,5 hours with his Giulietta! Sweet memories from a great car!

Alfa Romeo was my father's favourite car his first one it was a 1978 1,5 veloce alfasud Sprint when I grew up he had a Giulietta 2,0 executive it was so first at the time in 2003 and 2004 than he brought an Alfa 3,3 than he passed away.

I noticed 2 dents on the bonnet thats from when someone try to close the bonnet and push it down i had this problem when i took my alfa 75 back to non alfa mechanic to change oil So my advise never close it by hand just let it go from a enough distance.
