Compilation of some of the best Monsters from the Legendary Italian manufacturer. From the little AlfaSud, to the infamous Alfa Romeo 33 all the way through the Monstruous Alfa Romeo 155 ITC-DTM and purpose builts 4C´s.
That 155 DTM car is extremely rare. I believe there were only 60 ever made. I would be tempted to spend the rest of my life trying to make a replica. Starting with that motor. The rest is aesthetic.
The Alfa 155 with DTM specifications doesn't have a single bolt in common with the road 155, it only has an aesthetic shape that recalls it (4 plastic and Kevlar panels resting on the frame) but you can't start from a road car and create a replica. it's just a whole other car. On a mechanical level, it has more things in common with a Delta Evoluzione than with a road 155, so much so that the old Lancia Martini Racing racing team of the world rally championship, which moved to track racing and Alfa, developed the 155 DTM and perfect it.
3:47 '''WOOOOH'' someone got excited, rightfully so hahaha. Also beautiful how the Alfa kicks his gas for the guy and afterwards he makes an inhale movement with his hands, great moment haha.
I actually liked the clean sound of the 156 best. Too much popping and banging with some of the others. I might have biased ears though as I own a 156v6 👍 Were super impressed with the 33 and Sud. Having raced a Sud I have great respect for those engines.
Awesome compilation. When i saw Alfa 155 DTM's and Ferdinando Cimarelli's 156 STW,i got goosebumps and all my hair stood up .If you didn't react the same, then you're following the wrong sport.
@@jyrkikoskinen8402 Right. I was born in Modena, the town of Enzo Ferrari and I live few kilometers from Maranello. Every school day when I was a student during '70, by the bus we were on front of the office of " the Drake", everyone in our town "think race car" and everyone knows that in each Ferrari car there is a lillte earth of an Alfa Romeo car. It is like the spirit of racing, speed and work for the human and technological improvement ! We are fan of this when a Ferrari car is running in a race. First Ferrari then the driver.
Alfa Romeo coches preciosos originales, con nervio, con un placer de conducción indescriptible, son coches para las personas que les gusta conducir pero no tienen comido el coco con absurdas ideas No cambio mi GTV por casi ningún coche....
@Legio XXI Rapax the last 155dtm cars had a 90 degree v6 that was not based on the wonderful Busso v6, but based on the PRV v6. The first 155dtms though were based on the 60 degree Busso v6
