Alfie on The Big Night of Musicals BBC 27.1.24. 

Oh that moment Alfie comes in. Just shivers down my spine no matter how many times I watch it.

Of all the great singers in Musicals and Classical music I don't think anyone can compare to the power and pure vocal sound of Alfie Boe.

I was in the arena and I said “if Alfie Boe turns up I’m going to lose my mind” cue instant tears 💜

No one can touch Alfie!

Was good. Nothing beats the 25th Anniversary concert... Maybe because I was there! And Alfie and Colm T Wilkinson just took your breath away..

I live in Finland, the neighbour country to Sweden, and really liked Jöback as a teen. I'm kind of a musical nerd and Les miserables is my favourite musical, so I'm really critical, especially about this song. But Jöback really did a good job. Not as good as Alfie Boe, John Owen Jones or Colm Wilkinson (my favourite Valjeans) but a really good job
