I thought so too. Did they adopt them already born or go to a bank type thing? If the latter, it makes me think they selected donors who would resemble them had they had their own bio children, but if not, that's truly amazing how similar they look.
My stepdad used to say feed them until they look like you. He referred to himself as my dad to others and no one ever questioned that I wasn’t biologically his.

Based off what I’ve seen and experience, it’s because people don’t actually want to listen to people who they know are doing marriage/relationships right. They just want to listen to people who promote drama and dysfunction.
One of my favorite actresses. It’s nice to see that she has also had a life long marriage with 2 grown children that are successful in life. That’s actually better in my book than an Oscar. Those are awards that show your true character and strength and to me, it speaks volumes about who you are as a person.
It’s wonderful that she has a strong family but it’s definitely not more significant than her remarkable career. Please don’t undervalue her life’s work. Millions of people, maybe even billions, have a health family, but only a few ever achieve an Oscar nomination. It’s especially rare for a black woman. Her career is her greatest legacy.

Very successful career working in a management position for a government health facility in addition to owning a business. You’re so off base it’s not even funny. Don’t project your bitterness onto my happiness. Once again, millions, even billions of people have happy families and healthy relationships, including myself. It is a beautiful, difficult and highly rewarding life path. But very few persons in have ever achieved the level of career success that she has had. One is common and the other is extraordinary. One will forever go down in history, the other will only be remembered by her family. Those achievements are not on the same level.

This is my first time seeing her family. Beautiful. You don’t hear nothing about her, or from her really. She just minds her business and works hard letting her talent and accolades speak for her. More actors should be this way. That way we can focus on their body of work, rather than a stupid ignorant opinion they spouted and them trying to shame us, the audience that spends hard earned dollars to support their films, for not sharing that stupid ignorant opinion.
I agree. However, when someone famous have a disorder, chronic disease etc. It really helps to speak out about that and raise awareness. My life was most probably saved when Slyvester Stallones son died. I got tested and have had a few surgeries and take medicine. I am 53 now.
