For over 5 years, Tony Khan has been given advice on a weekly basis from legends in the wrestling business and he ignored all of them. He deserves to be in this garbage position he's in.
TK has proven to be a know it all missing two things. The knowledge to accept mistakes and learn from them.. and most importantly, Help from people who know what the hell is up
Tony Khan is just impossible to like. He literally boasted about being rich during the pandemic when a lot of people were losing their homes. I love seeing rich people struggle.

I honestly get the impression Tony thinks the stories of wrestlers staying in seedy hotels is purely because of stingy promoters not helping with travel costs. He’s led a sheltered enough life that it doesn’t occur to him it was just as much because that’s where they went for their after hours entertainment, as in drugs and hookers.
my main issue with Tony Khan is his childish behavior and his victim complex. He's older than me and a damn billionaire but he acts like a little brat on social media and like a soft boiled egg in interviews. Grow some balls, dude.

Tony Khan is the perfect example of the problem with wrestling marks today: they're so convinced that they know everything when in reality, they are as clueless as it gets. Problem is, most marks just watch TV, Tony Khan actually owns a wrestling company and it's the worst stuff ever.
Facts! Its easy for those clowns to dictate what wrestling as an industry should be but they are not the ones spending their own money to produce AEW . The fact that Briscoe is the ROH World Champ should tell you all you need to know about the smark's vision for the pro wrestling industry .

AEW could have been huge if Tony Khan came from planet Earth. Instead he chose to give himself all the important creative roles while Jim Ross, Arn Anderson and Dean Malenko sat around backstage watching time pass by.

Tony is so obsessed with being “the nice guy” promoter, the anti-Vince. That he felt the need to explain himself to fans for firing punk after two fights says it all. And since then, he’s gotten booed by crowds, why not roll with it and turn heel? Play a Bischoff style cowardly boss who abused his power. But he won’t go it because he wants fans to like him.

Wrestling is unlike any other sport in that the ppl who watch it prioritize it over everything. You can know who won a basketball game & watch it later but wrestling fans, since the Monday Night Wars,wanna watch it live. Thats why when AEW blames everybody but themselves for poor ratings,its laughable.
I was considering going to All In 2024 when I heard that ticket sales were so slow, now that AEW have started announcing the card for the show I'm not only not going to attend but I won't even watch it from home.

Tony is his own worst enemy by design. He’s been enabled to be that since before he got into wrestling. Analytics companies are usually founded for two reasons: to form semantical arguments to push short sighted investors to throw more money at them each quarter, and to keep nepo babies busy playing pretend boss. Tony will never get out of his own way, because the people around him depend on him being oblivious to his obvious shortcomings.
Tony 🤡 is trying his best to make the wrestling business look like a 🤡 show. Thankfully, Aew is run so badly, that WWE has saved the reputation with the former Aew wrestlers. Including, Cody, Punk, and Jade. All thanks to backstage nonsense because Aew is run by a 🤡. Ha.
I think AEW's fanbase was basically a coalition, like a political party. There were the indie fans, disatisfied WWE fans, the old-school fans etc. AEW gave too much to the indie fans and gaslit themselves into thinking that its what their company was built on. Once the honeymoon phase was over, the other demographics started demanding more. WWE getting better was another moment that increased these other demos expectations. And when the Punk drama happened, many AEW fans expectations became extremely high for them to continue watching. And what did Tony do in response? He made Jack Perry and the Bucks the bloodline of AEW.

Wwe had to deal with game 7 of the NHL playoffs and season ending game 6 of the world series and the Olympic gold medal game for basketball and Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson this week. Aew had to deal with a preseason NFL game, the 12th game of the season for the two worst teams in the Wbna and a speech given by Joe Biden. Ha.
I loved AEW in the beginning now I believe they should fail all these wrestlers are being spoiled and overpaid not talking bout the real talent they deserve all the money I’m talking bout these low card untalented people like Orange Cassidy.
I was reading Ego is the Enemy by Ryan Holiday, and he gave examples of great people that listened to others, learned from mistakes, then changed course and better for it. Then there were guys that struck back at critics, handle every aspect, even minor stuff, and crashed and burned. I thought of Tony and AEW and......NOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I agree with alfred. I loved a e w for the first couple of years, But After cody left and brawl out happened, It just wasn't the same anymore. I can't even stand to watch It since w. W. E got hot. The show has been horrible since the P w g crew took over

The "competition" excuses are ridiculous whether it comes from Meltzer or some other AEW sycophant. If the product is good, people will watch. It doesn't matter what else is on. There is a thing called DVR and before that there was the VCR in which you could record shows and watch them later. I did it all the time when Nitro and Raw were going head-to-head. When wrestling was hot in the late 90s, I would forgo watching MNF if the game was not interesting to watch or I didn't care about either team. What incentive does WBD have to renew AEW? It's bleeding money and the ratings speak for themselves. I don't want AEW to fail, I want Tony Clown to shut up and give up the book because he is a delusional mark.

One big problem with AEW is they do not sell anything, they know they have a set amount of time for their match and they want to get in as many moves as possible in that time, so they do not sell anything. A guy will smash someone over the head with a chair, baseball bat, or whatever, and 10 seconds later they are up and doing their move. It's ridiculous, and it makes it all look so fake, you watch that a couple times and then you never watch again. The Young Bucks matches are a perfect example, they will kick someone in the face, and 5 seconds later that person is punching them back, as if they did not just get kicked in the face. Then one of the Young Bucks will get kicked in the face, and body slammed, and 5 seconds later they jump right up like nothing happened, and they are doing one of their moves on someone else. They do not sell anything, and it just looks so fake it is hard to watch.
I'm so sick of hearing what a nice guy Tony Khan is and how great he is as a person. First of all, he's a billionaire so no he's not a good guy. Secondly I don't give a fuck how nice he is, that's not what I look for in a wrestling booker

I didn't want to see the young bucks, dont group me in with "everybody". I wanted aew to succeed but it's garbage. A few years ago they came to town for a dynamite taping. I had no idea they were in town till a few weeks later when they aired it on t.v. and it had my city named on the program. I look it up and found out they were in town a few weeks earlier. Bad p.r. and even worse programming.
