Yeah been messing around with a point. It’s a gain in some dungeons for aoe but a loss in ST. Nok is a good dungeon for it since it allows us to solo kick volleys on fort weeks (also take 1 point in flash of lightning)

It proc with ele blast when u use pwave with the tier set, u wont proc in manually coz it’s a dps loss to do this with 1/2
