Ali Abbasi on Holy Spider 

Iranian-Danish director Ali Abbasi (Gräns) filmed in Jordan the thriller Holy Spider, about a serial killer who killed 16 prostitutes in the holy Iranian city of Mashad in 2001. We spoke to the director at the Cannes Film Festival: "It had a big impact on me. I knew I just had to do something other than play tennis three times a week.'
