This was an oldschool feminist, when feminism was actually about equality and women having equal rights and respect. Modern age feminism is where all the cancer exists. Kinda feel sorry for women like this with all the raging psycho feminazi's giving oldschool feminists a bad name.
@@rjmramos1534 social media really has given people a bigger sense of importance it's crazy. Not saying fighting for what's right is wrong but it feels like everyone thinks their Malcolm x or something when all they do is complain on social media all day.
@@cyberbron2077 (I wrote a second comment as a short version of this) The Problem is that our western society is still sexist and racist, Buuuut: 1. Racism,Sexism and Political incorrect speech existed. 2. Political Incorrect Speech start turning to Political Correct speech. 3. People (especially white women with privilege) think racism, sexism is disappearing, because Political Incorrect speech does. (Of course they only do not see it anymore and expect sexist standards, in case not even seeing them as sexist) 4. The Conclusion, of those people, born after or at the end of the time ,in which racism and sexism was complete openly practiced : "Political Correctness = No racism, no sexism" 5. And now we have like 20-30 years of kids born in this time, we’re racism does exist but racism doesn’t exist anymore. Same with sexism. That means we have more than one generation growing up with racist or sexist parents, who,WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY DO, "aren’t racist or sexists". Example: "My son can have a girl at home, my daughter can’t. That’s just how I do it and I can because I’m her father, that’s how I was raised I’m not sexist" Yeah dude, that’s just how you do it and you surely can because you are her father and that’s probably how you where raised, but it’s still sexist. End of the whole story. But they don’t see that. So we have a more than one generation growing up with racist, sexist people in TV, as parents, in all media, ipas teachers ect., who act like they are not. So these generations are pretty confused. They don’t know what racism was and they can’t imagine their own stars, their own parents or whatever being racist or sexist. Remember: "We don’t want woman/blacks to work here" sexism/racism is mostly gone (And the only reason is because it would fuck your own carrier) "I just gonna lie about the reason why the woman/black guy won’t get the job" sexism/racism isn’t So what they do? They first act like Feminism Movement is still a thing and not everyone’s joint. Everyone from far left to right is a feminist nowadays. (Surely in far right not all) Feminism means: Same rights. Achieved this a long time ago. Second, they create rules that are only based on emotion. The new P.C language, this what to call what shit, is a only a tool for Politcial Uneducated millennials and Gen Zs to imitate Political Education. Although it’s not, it’s just rules from uniformed people for uninformed people. Or Rules from Informed people, they turn into dumb rules. Like Mansplaining. Long ago it was the term for when, for example a Woman has an idea, explains it and a man interrupts her says exact the same and gets the recognition for it. But today it’s just "Don’t explain shit to me that’s sexist"
Feminists today are not like they were. Before they had to fight for exposure but now the media is run by them and so this lady is used to getting an easy ride and she tried to take over the narrative. But that was grist to Ali's mill. SJWS and Feminist Matrons are the killjoys of today- they're every bit as bad as the prudish Patriarchs of the past.
dukadar o'dear lol that interview was in 2002 or sth. back then all the media was run by white guys and now it‘s slowly changing with new media like vice, buzzfeed and stuff.
Wendy's was a pretty decent burger chain in the UK but not really fast food (more diner-esq) and never had a high street presence so it died out from competition
Jonathan Soko No it isn't, he will have some questions he has planned, but his reactions to her answers are real and so are his answers to her questions. Some planning is involved but there is improv.
Not always JS. I am a 64 Londoner who grew up in a solid working class area so "young and naive" I am not but I know one or two of The English Politicians he interviewed and they GENUINELY thought it was a real Channel 4 interview !
@Jonathan Soko I feel like you're the type of dude who doesn't believe anything and thinks everything is a conspiracy... Dude just stop acting like a smartass. It's real.
I was shocked when he laughed like that because most of thr time his laughing is quiet and he puts is head down and you can't see his face. So at first I was shocked then I was laughing hard. Absolutely love his laugh when he laughs hard like that 🤣
I just got done writing a 750 word paper for a class tomorrow...then I get a ding that this is posted. Thanks for making my night guys. Big up yourselves!
Maybe, maybe not. It's not all black and white. Feminism is a normal, reasonable idea that some people take too far. Not every feminist wants men to be rounded up and shipped to Australia. You're right about her though. I thought she handled it pretty well. Plus she's very hot. ;)
She was not only nice she was enjoying it and having fun. Ali G gamed her. For a lot of feminists it's only a front, once they enjoy the company of a man they forget about their beliefs and values.
Ive seen all these clips god knows how many times over the years and im still in tears laughing watching these videos along with yous .Comedy gold. All the best from Dublin Ireland .
I love watching these old Sacha Baron Cohen clips again. I remember watching these on TV back in the day! You should react to 'Borat - A Guide To Wine Tasting'. It's genius!
Yes, he said in an interview that he went to the toilet and passed out. and that the cameraman was afraid he would as drunk accidently spoil their cover, but when he woke up he was still borat :D
Just reliving when the Ali G programmed first came out over here on ch 4 and they are still as hilarious as ever after all this time ( and of course my favorite Borat).. love your Chanel guys
She was really mature and relaxed for a feminist especially I appreciate her response to him saying she'd make " loads" of money ..she unlike many femtards was able to see the compliment within the statement most would start screaming and calling him pig ect ect
Watching you guys all the way from the 6ix Toronto... Keep up the good work. You guys must react to Ali G and Andy Rooney from 60 mins. It's probably the most funniest segment he's done..
I just searched that Andy Runey/Rooney(?) video...it's great. First time I've seen Ali G look genuinely hurt - and even his 'is it cos I is black?' card didn't work on Rooney. Thanks for recommending it 👍
Love your channel gentlemen!!!! I love your videos on watching Bill Burr. He's the man. May I suggest watching Joe Rogan's standups.......Yeah that Joe Rogan, fear factor....UFC Joe Rogan. He is hilarious, trust me.
I thought Naomi Wolf was great in this. She had a sense of humour, she didn't get angry and overreact, but she held him to account when he said stupid stuff. It's a lesson in how to deal with someone saying dumb stuff about women. Course, SBC doesn't actually believe any of this shit, but she didn't know that.
Yo yall two gave me life i am in a hiatus in life atm away from my daughter and babe and i didnt sleep last night cuz i been watching all your fucking content. I feel like were friends homies. Lets get food soon.
This is strait fire!! I think you guys should watch Ali G in da house, the film and react to it. I don't know about copyright but you could split it up into sections, I know that everyone wants you to watch the film. I grew up in Staines and saw them filming for the movie, so Ali G is my only claim to fame.
I LOVE the content guys, but the audio of the videos are hard to make out. It would help if you watched videos with subtitles or fed audio, or at least turned up the volume :) Keep it up !
She's actually pretty laid back and can take a joke 1000 times better than feminist of today! If all feminist were as open minded as her people would actually be able to tolerate em, more than 2 secs!
You guys are great, I'm slowly becoming a fan. Straight up though, are you like Drake's brother or something? You could make bank as a Drake impersonator...
"ma Julie" means his fictional girlfriend named Julie... I saw on another clip you were wondering what he meant ... . 20 years ago we used to cry watching Ali G in the UK... it's amazing he has just managed to produce a series which was even more insane You both need to watch his interviews with Martin Fitzwater and Pat Buchanan... I promise you won't be disappointed... That lad on the left will cry at Fitzwaters reaction :-). Edited to add..... The Ali G and the NBA clip should have you both in bits as well :-)
Maybe I'm wrong but Julie simply means girlfriend. I don't think he ever disclosed her name, hence why he refers to her as "ma Julie" like you said. But yeah the show was super popular here, unlike in the States. The humour doesn't translate well for most people over there. But it's nice to see some Americans who can appreciate the skits as much as we did back when it used to air all the time. Really makes me wanna relive those moments again :) Even though it's not a segment from the show or movie itself I recommend you guys see the music video for "Ali G & Shaggy - Me Julie". The video that's 6mins long with 30k views is the full version. The others seem to be missing the intro and outro and their quality isn't great. Perhaps it won't make you laugh but it's still fun to watch.
Monty J. Julie is actually the name of his (fictional) girlfriend. The only time we ever see her is when she makes an appearance in the movie "Ali G Indahouse".
SBC used to get the guests to sit in the studio canteen, then he would go in as Ali G and get his lunch in full character. Then the guest would go inti the interview room and ali g would come in. Thats how he got them not to walk out.
