im not blaming Kozue, she know that whatever she does or dont, Ali jr will fight to win her over, she meets with him cause she pity him, she knew from the start that Ali jr is just not on Baki's level and will never be. but it is still sad that a person is in love with you and getting demolished for it.

You guys have the best reactions to Baki lol one of the best things about the manga is how detailed it can be despite all the bs philosophies and techniques and I'm glad they didn't shy away from depicting the brutality in the anime.

One example: one guy(won't spoil whom) imagines his skeleton as thousands of joints to accelerate his strikes to the point that it's faster than the speed of sound. Part of the explanation for why he achieved this ability is that his body--just like animals in the wild evolve to adapt to danger--is simply evolving to prepare for the most dangerous fight of his life lol

Ali jr had a martial art that he inherited from his father and he thought it was the best, so he goes up against these masters who have never seen his martial art before but have decades of experience fighting other styles and know what a real fight is like. I feel like Ali Jr was the big fish in the small pond, but now he stepped into the Grappler world and he is just prey for the sharks.

I think you missing the point of kozue at this moment; she can meet with Ali as many times as she wants and it doesn't matter because she doesn't harbor any romantic feelings for him, at best she sees him as a friend but I think is closer to just an acquaintance.

As long as you know for a fact your girl is good then you can be at peace with that. And Baki ironically is a super peaceful dude. But I still get where you’re coming from rocklee lol

jr's a sh*tbag for going after another man's gf but I'm more annoyed at kozue since she keeps on meeting this other man alone who already made it perfectly clear he wants her as more than just a friend while she's currently in a relationship with baki. it doesn't even matter if she wouldn't develop feelings for him and even if baki's fine with it, she's still wrong for that. in the previous episode she even implied that she wants them to fight over her when she was talking to baki.
